Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at limico.ae@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Your item will need to be sent to our address in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates — full details provided via email upon approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged due to a manufacturing fault, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will make it right — including a full refund of all fees where applicable.

Please note that our products are crafted from delicate materials. Damage resulting from mishandling, improper use, or general wear is not covered under our return or refund policy.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These are final sale.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it following the process above and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount.
